At the stroke of midnight on Jan 1, 2009, 40,000 balloons descended 21 floors onto hundreds of revellers ushering in the new year at the Marina Mandarin Hotel in Singapore.We were among the crowd, and can I just say - Wow.
The impressive balloon shower will be hard to top, but it certainly got me psyched about what the rest of 2009 will bring.
Bigger sales, better sleep, and dare I say it, world peace?
